After depositing the full fee for admission of a child, if any parent(s) or guardian(s) choose to withdraw the
child from the school within one month from the date of admission, the school may retain the Registration fee /charges, Admission fee and the Tuition fee for one month only and shall refund the entire amount of fees or other charges within 30 days of the request made by the parent(s) or guardian(s) to the school provided if they submit/surrender original receipt.
After depositing the full fee for admission of a child, if any parent(s) or guardian(s) choose to withdraw the child from the school within one month from the date of admission and have attended the school orientation program, then the student shall be refunded the entire fees after deducting one time fee.
In case where withdrawal application is made after the commencement of the session/ classes, the fee paid for the month/ quarter shall be forfeited.
The refund shall be made within 30 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal application. PGGS shall send the refund cheque after proper verification and checking with the administrative head at school for onward delivery to the applicant.
