George M George, is the 4th generation in a long line of entrepreneurs at The Muthoot Group, a multifaceted conglomerate having interests in diversified fields such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Hospitality, Agriculture, Housing and Education to name a few.
First among his two Degrees’ is the Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, from the prestigious Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration in Manipal, and the second a Master’s from the prestigious Essec-Cornell University in Paris, France. Besides, he garnered valuable experience with top International Hospitality Organisations.
During his present stint at The Muthoot Group he worked tirelessly on various new products and services, primarily in the Hospitality and Media divisions of the company, by instilling new brands based upon his passion for sustainability. He was instrumentalin launching Chennai’s first English radio station (Chennai Live 104.8 FM) and India’s first Talk Radio format in 2007.
He was also instrumental in launching local brands like Travel Jango and Via Kerala amongst others, in areas as diverse as online travel and handcrafted products that support local entrepreneurs.
A passionate speaker at various platforms – student forums, business startups and family owned enterprises. He is actively engaged presently in building a new brand of Hospitality which would have global interests. He is also the recipient of the Distinguished Alumni award from Manipal University (2015) and the ITC Chairman’s award for his contribution to the field of hospitality.

A doctorate in Philosophy, Dr. Sara George Muthoot has been the Director of St. George’s School, New Delhi since 1982. A great academician, she has been instrumental in taking St. George’s School to the pinnacle of excellence, holistically.
Dr. Sara George Muthoot’s mission to educate and empower each child as her own is legendary. Her integrated approach to learning and dynamic persona have helped to attain successful student outcomes through the years. Today, St. George’s School has close to 3,000 students and 130 teaching staff.
She is an active social worker and has been relentlessly working for the upliftment of women and underprivileged children. She has been conferred with Global Human Rights Protection Award by the Indian Institute of Human Rights, TKK Nambiar Memorial Award for Life Time Achievement, Best Principal Trophy by Science Olympiad Foundation and Special Appreciation Award by NASA – Kennedy Space Centre.

A Gold Medalist from the University of Kerala and among the top ranked Chartered Accountants (FCA), Shri. George Alexander Muthoot is the Managing Director of The Muthoot Group and the recipient of Dhanam Magazine ‘Businessman of the Year’ Award, 2012.
He has also received ‘The Times of India Group Business Excellence’ Award, and awards from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Reliance Life Insurance etc.
He was the Chairman of the Kerala Non Banking Finance Companies Association. He is currently the President of the prestigious Association of Gold Loan Companies (AGLOC).

As a dynamic and young Joint Managing Director of The Muthoot Group, Shri. Alexander George Muthoot has been a cornerstone of growth and development of the Company across India and abroad. Under his vibrant leadership andkeen vision, the Group expanded its branch network exponentially, implemented a host of pioneering IT initiativesand enhanced its brand visibility all over India. He now directly controls the entire operations for the Group’s North,East and West regions spread over 19 States and 2 Union Territories.
A management graduate from Thunderbird University, Arizona (USA) with an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from Florida International University, Miami (USA), he is the youngest son of Shri. M. G. George Muthoot, Group Chairman, The Muthoot Group of Companies.
Prior to his overseas education and from an early age, he gained a vast experience in various roles and functions inThe Muthoot Group. He has been ranked No.1 in the prestigious Newage Icon Change Makers 2020.

Shri. Pratip Chaudhuri, a 1974 batch alumnus of University Business School, Chandigarh, is the former Chairman of the State Bank of India (SBI). With over 40 years of rich experience in the banking sector, he has held several important positions in SBI including Group Executive of International Banking, Managing Director, Chairman of SBI Global Factors, Director of State Bank of Travancore, Mysore among others.
A Master’s in Science and Statistics from the University of Rajasthan, he serves as an Honorary Secretary of Indian Banks’ Association and is also a Member of the Board of Governors at National Institute of Financial Management.

Dr. Vivek Bhandari was the 11th Director of the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), a premier management school located in Anand, Gujarat. Under his leadership, the institute received national and international recognitions, most notably from the Canadian agency, the International Development Research Centre (IDRC), as well as different Ministries in the Government of India.
A graduate from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi and Ph.D from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA, he taught at The Hampshire College in Amherst, MA, in the USA for many years. He is a highly acclaimed and published author and is one of the foremost authorities on social studies. In 2013, he was appointed Ratan Tata Chair Professor at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.

Dr. Nobin Thomas is currently a full-time faculty member at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum and is a double gold medalist from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. He earned his Ph.D from IIM, Ahmedabad. He has represented the country in the Global Internship Programme at the United Nations Headquarters, New York. He has presented his research at leading international conferences including EGOS Colloquium.

Government of India
Shri. Kayyalathu Thomas Chacko is a retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Officer who held several public offices in the Government of India. He was appointed as the Directorate General of Foreign Trade of India in 2004. He held the position of Director/Vice Chancellor of Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, deemed university of the Government of India during 2007 – 2012. He is widely known for his commitment to increase India’s participation and role in the global economy.
A triple gold medalist postgraduate in Economics from the University of Kerala, he went on to study at John F. Kennedy Schoolof Government, Harvard University on Edward S. Mason Fellowship where he earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration.
Shri. Kayyalathu Thomas Chacko served for over 33 years in executive, secretarial and policy-making assignments. During his career as an IAS officer, he also served the Government of Madhya Pradesh for nearly 20 years. He was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Hon’ble President of India in December 2008.

An IPS Officer of impeccable credentials, Shri. V. V. Chaudhary is reputed for encouraging innovation and managing change in organisations known for rigidness and bureaucracy.
He is widely credited with launching community outreach programmes to involve public in maintaining law and order. He also pioneered the Neighbourhood Watch System in 1986 in India. This became highly successful, reducing communal riots and ordinary crime, and has become a regular practice in various districts today.
