They were then led ‘Outdoor’ to experience an ‘Ice –breaker’ post which each of them described their ‘feelings’ about the same. The seven habits by Stephen coney was then taken up with relevant examples to further elucidate each habit independently, emphasizing on ‘oneself’. This was followed by another outdoor activity which was about a leader’s role in a team. There was a fine blend of sharing beautiful & relevant videos at regular intervals. The Johari’s Window only gave a deep insight into oneself and ways and means for further improvement with the team so as to develop a better and transparent relationship at work.
