school principal Ms. Geeta Karunakaranon Saturday, 1st Dec’2018. The workshop laid major emphasis on
leadership styles and helped the attendees to self introspect and recognize their hidden leadership qualities to accomplish personal and organizational goals. The main focus however was on ‘Learning’ and ‘Reflections’ of oneself through outbound activities. The workshop started on a note of brief introductions by all participants. They were then led ‘Outdoor’ to experience an ‘Ice –breaker’ post which each of them described their ‘feelings’ about the same. The seven habits by Stephen coney was then taken up with relevant examples to further elucidate each habit independently, emphasizing on ‘oneself’. This was followed by another outdoor activity which was about a leader’s role in a team. There was a fine blend of sharing beautiful & relevant videos at regular intervals. The Johari’s Window only gave a deep insight into oneself and ways and means for further improvement with the team so as to develop a better and transparent relationship at work. The workshop concluded with a beautiful video on ‘Interview with God! All the trainees went back with a smile and mentioned about wanting to attend more such sessions.
